We have done some extensive remodeling this last year.  We are extremely happy with the results but probably wouldn't take on a project like this again.  It was A LOT of work.   We just need to finish a little bit of tile in Julian's room and then do the master bedroom. 

Because Charlie loves all his tropical plants he has decided to add a page so he can brag about them.
